Any young lady ages 12-18 can become a Rhoer if they:
1. Present at least one letter of recommendation from a school counselor, teacher, church officer, or member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
2. Show evidence of academic achievement.
3. Possess a minimum GPA of 2.5.
4. Exhibit, or have potential to exhibit, high standards of character and conduct.
5. Are willing to participate in Rhoer sponsored activities.

Members of The Rhoer Club are expected to get to know and work well with others, serve the community, and nurture and share their talents with the world!
